Returns Procedure
1. Returns
New Goods
We will only accept products that are in a ‘Returnable Condition, they must be returned to us with all items included in the original sale. For goods being returned for a refund the original product packaging must also be returned in a suitable condition.
Service Goods
The product being returned for service or replacement
Buy-Back Goods
The product is no longer required and is sold back to Automatrics for an agreed value
Free-Use Goods
Any free use product that is no longer required must be returned to Automatrics, upon receipt of goods the monthly service subscriptions will be cancelled
2. Notification
When returning any goods please call us +441329663812 or email us info@automatrics.co.uk to detail your name address and the product serial number
3. Safe Shipment
All returned goods must be adequately wrapped to prevent damage during transit, to help us to speedily process your return also enclosed a detailed note of the fault. Automatrics does not accept liability for packages damaged during transit and proof of postage is not proof of delivery. You are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. The cost of return carriage is to be borne by the customer. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery signed for next day service
4. Refund Policy
4.1 For new orders the shopper has the right to cancel within (14) fourteen days from receipt of goods. For returns over 14 days please contact us prior to dispatch
4.2 Return of goods for refund must follow the “Returns Procedure”
