Every day service:
Automatrics trackers are fitted to your vehicle without having to be attached to the battery (very long battery life) and so are excellent for avoiding detection by thieves. There is an online application that allows you to track your vehicle and is monitored by the team for any suspicious activity.
Above and beyond:
My motorcycle was stolen from my residential car park in the small hours of the morning. Richard from Automatrics sent me a text as soon as my bike was appearing in an unknown location then called me to alert me. When I confirmed that my bike had indeed been taken, Richard was straight on the road to track it down. He liaised with the police and the Automatrics team kept me updated on the progress of the recovery. My bike had been stored in a locked shed and it was only thanks to Richard’s persistence with the police/council that my bike was recovered along with another bike that had been stolen. To speed up the recovery process, Automatrics also paid for my bike to be recovered to a local garage in good time. Without Automatrics my bike would probably not have been recovered so I would like to give a massive thank you to everyone at Automatrics, a truly amazing level of customer service.
