We received a call from plant hire company advising one of their Takeuchi TB230 3 Ton Excavators had been Stolen – We triggered the Automatrics MTrack in to alarm but no GPS was reported so we deployed a radio signal finder to Coventry to track down the signal where the machine was located under a tarpaulin in a residential back garden. West Midlands Police attended to question the owner and the customer loaded the machine onto a trailer to return it to work. Police investigations are ongoing.
